Customers who use this support are invited to contact the ADR Assistance service, whereby staff will accompany you from train to plane. The service can be booked:

·      directly at the “Sala Blu” of the Rete Ferroviaria Italiana (RFI, Italian Railway Network)

·      by calling the freephone number +39 800 90 60 60 (landline only between 06:45 and 21:30), or the national standard rate number +39 02 32 32 32

·      using the SalaBlu Online web application

·      by emailing SalaBlu.ROMA@rfi.it.

 To notify us of any requirements please use the Contact Points for Passengers with Disabilities at the railway station or on the sidewalks in front of Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 at the airport.
