If you’re planning to reach the airport by train, once you arrive at the Fiumicino train station you will find a yellow totem available to request assistance (the minimum time required for the service to be provided is 20 minutes). One of our staff will accompany you from there directly to check-in and then to the boarding gate of your flight. On arrival, however, it will always be our care to welcome you on board the plane and then take you back to the train station.

The direct assistance service on the train is provided by RFI. For assistance, both uphill and downhill from the train, we recommend that you consult the railway stations covered by the service and the booking procedures by consulting the RFI - Rete Ferroviaria Italiana website.
