Service quality
The service we provide, completely free of charge for PRM passengers, meets the quality standards laid down in the reference norm, ENAC GEN 02A, applying CE Regulation n° 1107/2006 .
Fiumicino and Ciampino Quality Standard
In 2010 the quality system we apply when planning and providing assistance services to passengers with reduced mobility obtained UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 certification, which is renewed periodically.
