Our personnel


Staff is the most important resource in providing the service to passengers with reduced mobility.  That is why we focus heavily on training our staff and constantly keeping their training up to date. The main areas of learning relate to the relevant regulatory context, the knowledge of the various types of disabilities, concepts of physiology for lifting people, customer care, the use of vehicles and tools, and the procedures specific to the airport world.

Some of our operators are able to communicate with sign language.
