In order to perform our work and be able to assist you in the best way possible, we use various vehicles and equipment. The services are assigned through a computer system which operators receive via smartphones to track the service. Inside the airport terminals at Fiumicino, we use a fleet of different types of wheelchairs to accompany you to the gate and into the aircraft itself. For transfers on the tarmac, we have minivans equipped with lifts for wheelchairs, as well as Ambulifts. The latter are special vehicles that allow us to embark and disembark passengers who require assistance onto and from the aircraft in the event that stairs are required to access the aircraft.

Our vehicles are subject to frequent and careful maintenance and checks by both internal bodies and third parties.
