Punto Viola
Fiumicino and Ciampino Airports are Punti Viola
Together against gender-based violence
A safe space, designed to guarantee listening and support to women
Fiumicino and Ciampino are part of the “Punto Viola” network promoted by DONNEXSTRADA, a national initiative supporting women who are victims of harassment or violence.
Our concrete commitment
The integration of this service within our airports strengthens Aeroporti di Roma’s primary goal: making protection against gender-based violence an absolute priority for the entire airport community
How does it work?
If you are a victim of violence or stalking, please go to the info points located in the airport or call the internal number +39 06 6595 1 available 24/7.
Our trained staff are ready to provide initial guidance, directing you to law enforcement or specialized centers depending on the situation. They also provide preliminary information on available legal protections, always ensuring an empathetic and professional approach, especially in moments of distress.
Over 100 colleagues have taken part in a training program designed to strengthen their ability to welcome and listen to those experiencing difficult times, recognize sensitive situations, and direct them to dedicated support channels.
This training does not replace the intervention of specialized professionals, but it makes the airport a place where anyone in need can find attention, support, and safety, even in the dynamic environment of an international hub.

"Ti riguarda" the guide against gender-based violence
Aeroporti di Roma promotes the distribution of the Guide “Ti Riguarda”, created by ENI in collaboration with DONNEXSTRADA, to raise awareness and deepen understanding of issues related to the prevention and fight against violence against women.
The guide provides a clear overview of the different types of gender-based violence, offering pratical advice and useful guidance on how to act in risky situations. It also includes support tools for those experiencing violence and suggestions for those who wish to help a victim, addressing the topic in simple and direct language to foster awareness and action.
