Assistance points

A special assistance point dedicated to Passengers with Reduced Mobility is located in the departures hall opposite the check-in desks.

Check in independently and we will be waiting for you at the reception point to provide you with the assistance you require.

Toilets

The toilets on the ground floor of Ciampino airport have a unisex stall which is accessible to people with disabilities.

Tactile routes and maps for people with visual impairments

The accessibility of the Terminals for people with visual impairments to and from the main services available within the airport, is provided by tactile routes equipped with the relevant sensory maps.
