Contact points with video call facilities to make your presence at the airport known and activate the PRM service at:

  • The train station, at the top of platform 1 (if you have not booked integrated assistance) LINK to RFI service
  • Multi-storey car park C on the ground floor
  • Departures level on the pavement outside Terminal 1 door 5 and Terminal 3 door 1
  • Arrivals level on the outside pavement opposite the Cotral bus terminal

Special Assistance Lounges

Lounges and reception points dedicated to welcoming Passengers with Reduced Mobility in Terminals 1 and 3 and in the main boarding areas

All the toilets in Fiumicino airport have a unisex stall which is accessible to people with disabilities.

 

Tactile routes and maps for people with visual impairments

The accessibility of the Terminals for people with visual impairments to and from the train station, as well as of the main services available within the airport, is provided by tactile routes equipped with the relevant sensory maps.

Lifts

All the lifts are accessible to wheelchair users and equipped with a braille button panel.

The terminal emergency plan establishes evacuation procedures as well as refuge and rescue areas
