This is the area where passengers in arrival and departure from Fiumicino and Ciampino airports can book the assistance service in the airport supplied by ADR Assistance.

We remind you that the passenger is responsible for booking the service from the carrier who they've booked with within 48 hours from the scheduled time of flight. The carrier must therefore book the assistance service using its own computer system or through our internet site, filling in the form 36 hoursfrom the scheduled flight.

The booking form in this section is also reserved for the passenger who wishes to book the service her/himself, to supply ADR Assistance with further  information regarding the requested service and allows us to improve our service.
The booking must take place within 36 hours of the scheduled flight and must not substitute or differ from the booking with the carrier.

Important: the passengers who carry out the booking online must also inform the carrier of this assistance request, within 48 hours of the scheduled flight. Where ADR Assistance does not receive the assistance request from the carrier or passenger within the 36 hours prior to the flight time, it can't guarantee the levels of service agreed with the relevant associations according to Regulation N. 1107/2006/EC.
The assistance service will still be carried out on request from the assistance request points at  Fiumicinoand Ciampino airports.

If a passenger uses more than one airline for their journey, it's advisable to ask the first airline for assistance to be assisted throughout the entire journey or while travelling. It's better to make the passenger's level of disability known for each stopover.

We would remind you that airport ADR Assistance service is not applicable to coffins, which are the responsibility of the airline.
