Q: Must I carry any specific documentation to receive assistance?
A: The assistance provided to PRM is not a health service and we do not require any of the certificates you may have to provide the company you fly with.
Q: I am not disabled, but I would like assistance anyway.
A: Our assistance service is provided to anyone who needs it or requests it. However, if you require help with your luggage, you can contact the porters service at +390665958349-7510. You can find full information via this link http://www.adr.it/pax-fco-deposito-bagagli-e-porteraggio
If you have difficulty with our language or are unable to find your way around the airport, you can ask for help at the check-in desk. Your airline or their handler will help you.
Q: If I am travelling with other people, can be stay together even if those with me do not need assistance?
A: We will not separate you from whoever is accompanying you, if you need to travel with them. Otherwise, we always take your needs into account and as far as possible, where there is space in our vehicles, at least one of your travelling companions can come with you. When this is not possible, you will meet up with your travelling companion at the boarding gate or on the aircraft, or we will agree a meeting point together. For this reason, we suggest that you always have your documents and your boarding pass with you!
Q: Will the same operator look after me for the entire period of assistance?
A: For logistical reasons, you will probably be assisted by various operators. They are all equally trained and courteous!
Q: If I check-in online and already have a boarding pass, how early must I get to the airport before my flight?
A: We recommend always following the indications given by your airline as to boarding times, and that you make sure you have sufficient time. You can notify us of your arrival at the airport via the contact points, ADR information desks, or by coming to our land-side assistance room, if your flight leaves from Terminal 3.
