Firstly, ADR Assistance uses technical cookies - the installation of which does not require your consent - in order to guarantee the correct functionality of the Website, provide users with the requested services and keep track of the consent to the installation of the types of cookies that require.

Furthermore, ADR Assistance uses analytical cookies in order to compile statistics and understand the ways in which the Website is used by users. The use of analytical cookies is equated to technical cookies if:

  1. they are used solely to produce aggregate statistics and in relation to a single site or a single mobile application;
  2. for those of third parties, at least the fourth component of the IP address is masked;
  3. third parties refrain from combining the analytical cookies, thus minimized, with other processing (customer files or statistics of visits to other sites, for example) or from transmitting them to other third parties. However, third parties are allowed to produce statistics with data relating to multiple domains, websites or apps that can be traced back to the same publisher or business group.

Specifically, ADR Assistance uses “Google Analytics” analytical cookies in order to monitor and verify the use of the Website by users. Thanks to Google Analytics, ADR Assistance is able to know the “traffic” on its website, the number of times the user opens a multimedia content - both audio and video - the number of people who view and close it before it is finished.

The solution provided by Google Analytics partially obscures the IP address of the device from which the connection is made and allows only aggregated data to be obtained in order to perform statistical analyses of the Website's performance. At the same time, Google Analytics is activated depending on your willingness to consent to the processing, as it may involve the transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area.
